Based on the previous experience in developing ultra-high strength marine steel, they fully studied the requirements of the strength and toughness index for the component system, focused on the proportion of special elements, optimized the rolling and heat treatment processes, and ensured the strength and toughness of the product. After inspection, the yield strength and tensile strength of the steel plate are close to 1000 MPa, and the low-temperature impact performance fully meets the user's technical requirements.
It is understood that the new product will be used in the construction of the key structure of the 93,500-ton floating dock.
