MUNSTER CAPTAIN PETER O’Mahony vowed that his side would ‘fight for their lives’ to try and prolong their inaugural Champions Cup season.
The southern province battled back to claim what could prove to be a vital losing bonus point in their second defeat to Clermont in as many weeks.

After starting the campaign with two wins, Munster now sit third in Pool 1, three points behind Saracens who will host the two-time Heineken Cup champions in January.
“We can’t tell yet. It could prove crucial,” O’Mahony told Sky Sports of the last-gasp penalty that claimed a bonus point.
“So hugely proud of the lads just to dig in and pull a point out of it in a very tough place to come and play.”
He added: “We put ourselves in a position where we can make it out of the group. We’ve got to fight for our lives now.
Munster burst out of the traps brimming with intent in Stade Michelin, and O’Mahony noted the change in tactics that Anthony Foley’s men employed to try and put Clermont on the back foot.
